This is a delicious sweet made with grated pumpkin and khoya and adding saffron milk lends a beautiful orange colour to it and simply an irresistible dessert.

Grate pumpkin.Heat ghee in a pan.Fry grated pumpkin and add sugar according to sweetness of pumpkin.Add khowa and saffron milk to the fried pumpkin.Mix properly and add cardamom powder.Add chopped dry fruits and toss well till completely dry.Smear ghee on palm and shape into lemon sized balls.Can be stored in fridge for 4-5 days.
