  • 400 gspaghetti
  • 2tomatoes
  • 1onion
  • 5 cupswater
  • Salt

Steps

  1. 1

    Bring 5 cups water to a boil. We need excess water. Add the spaghetti. Do not break them

    Let it cook for about 10 minutes. Then drain the excess water in another bowl. Do not throw away this water.

    Wash the spaghetti under running water to stop the cooking process.

    You should have this.

    Now add oil to a sauce pan, then add onions tomatoes and spices of your choice.

    Next add the spaghetti and other vegetables eg preboiled green peas and let it cook for 3 minutes

    Remove from the fire and serve with proteins of choice.

    That spaghetti water you drained? Use it as soup for your stew. Makes amazing thick stew. Enjoy
