Steps

Wash all peppers and onions. Slice open to remove seeds and cut into small pieces.

Put a little oil in a pan and stir fry the peppers. On low heat for a minute till all peppers are tender.

Crush the noodles, then pour it in the pan with the peppers, mix together and add the indomie seasoning, dry pepper and a little water to make it soft.

Cover it and let it boil slowly. When the water is almost dried up, add the suya meat, And cover again. When its dry, stir properly mixing all together. And it's ready. I paired mine with fried eggs
