1 cupurad dal soak for 2 hrs
6-8curry leaves
1chopped onion
to tastesalt
1 teaspoon carom seeds
1-2finely chopped green chillies
Oil for deep fry

Dry grind the soaked urad dal with a little water.

Mix all ingredients, beat well

Make small size vada out of the paste.

Deep fry till crispy. Enjoy hot with green chutney and hot tea
