Mash the awara in a bowl,add your seasoning,grinded kayan miya

Break your eggs, depending on yawan awaran,beat the egg and add into the mashed awara.

Add the mixture into a nylon n tie like moimoi then put into a boiling water for like 15mins.

Take out n allow it to cook,sai a yanka into desired shape.

Break another egg in a bowl,beat and deep the awara into it then fry till golden brown into a hot oil.....Do not add much oil into the frying pan n note,it consumes alot of egg...
