Ingredients

  • 1 cupsemolina
  • 1 cupcurd
  • Salt
  • 1 sacheteno
  • 2 tspoil
  • 1/4 tspmustard seeds
  • Some curry patte
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1/2 tspred chilli powder
  • 1 tbstomato sauce
  • 2chopped onions
  • 2chopped green chillies
  • 2 tbsoil

Steps

  1. 1

    Make the smooth better of curd and semolina

  2. 2

    Add salt and turmeric powder and mix well

  3. 3

    Rest for 15 minutes

  4. 4

    Now add eno and mix in it

  5. 5

    Grease the idli mould and pour mixture in it

  6. 6

    Make idlis and cut in to halves

  7. 7

    Heat oil and put mustard seeds and curry patta

  8. 8

    Add chopped onions and green chillies

  9. 9

    Saute well add red chilli powder

  10. 10

    Pour tadka on idlis and garnish with tomato sauce
