Steps

First break all the eggs in a bowl beat for 5 seconds and keep aside.

Now heat up a pan with oil add sliced onion to it fry till brown in colour then add chopped tomato fry for a minute.

Now add ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste,turmeric powder and little bit of salt, mix and fry for few seconds. Now add beaten eggs.

Crumble it and cook for few seconds. And our healthy egg bhurji is ready.
