Make the thick paste of cornflour and water add colour into it.

Now add potato wedges and deep fried them.

Now take a wok. Take 1 tbsp oil.Add onion and capsicum.saute for 2 minutes.Now add soya sauce,ketchup,red chilli sauce and 1 tsp vinegar into it.Add salt and fried potato wedges into.Cook for 2 minutes.Now chilli potato is ready and seasoning with some sesame seeds.
