  1. 4onions
  2. Garlic paste
  3. Oil for frying
  4. Masala powder
  5. Cumin
  6. Turmeric
  7. Lemon juice
  8. 1 kgmince- I use venison only
  9. Apricot jam
  10. 1green apple grated
  11. 125 mlraisins
  12. 2 slicesbread soaked in water
  13. Salt and pepper
  14. Egg custard
  15. 375 mlplain yoghurt
  16. 3eggs
  17. Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180

  2. 2

    Fry meat and all ingredients and put in large oven dish

  3. 3

    Make egg custard and spread on top. Bake for 30 minutes
