Ingredients

  • 4onions
  • Garlic paste
  • Oil for frying
  • Masala powder
  • Cumin
  • Turmeric
  • Lemon juice
  • 1 kgmince- I use venison only
  • Apricot jam
  • 1green apple grated
  • 125 mlraisins
  • 2 slicesbread soaked in water
  • Salt and pepper
  • Egg custard
  • 375 mlplain yoghurt
  • 3eggs
  • Salt and pepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Preheat oven to 180

  2. 2

    Fry meat and all ingredients and put in large oven dish

  3. 3

    Make egg custard and spread on top. Bake for 30 minutes
