Ingredients

15-20 minutes
8-10 servings
  • 6-7Tomatoes (boil it, peel it)
  • 10-12Dried Red Chilli (deseeded)
  • 8-10Garlic cloves
  • To tasteSalt
  • 1/2 teaspoonBlack pepper (crushed)
  • 1 tablespoonSugar

Steps

15-20 minutes
  1. 1

    Soak red chillies in boiled water for 1/2-1 hour.

  2. 2

    Now in a blender, take tomato, red chillies, salt, sugar, garlic cloves and black pepper and blend it into fine paste.

  3. 3

    Now add approx 1/2 cup of boiled water in it and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Momo chutney is ready to serve now.
