Steps

First wash the pineapple,with small salt

Cut off the crown, with little of the pineapple flesh(by now you would have a flat surface)

Gently with a knife scrap the flesh off,by inserting the knife 2inches away from the bark,cut it round

Using a smaller knife cut round the hard white part of the pineapple
- 5
Use a spoon to scrap the pineapple flesh gently to avoid puncturing the pineapple back (the outside of the pineapple)

Keep the pineapple flesh aside and jucie it using a juicer or blender
- 7
Keep both the empty pineapple back and the juice inside the freezer for 10mins
- 8
Clear your work space and bring the juice and pineapple back out from the freezer, serve in any fancy plate of your choice

Place the plate on your work surface then gently pour in the juice

Serve with a straw, decorate to your taste and enjoy...cheers
