Ingredients

  • 2 cupwheat flour
  • 1 cupgram flour
  • 3 tbspchopped green coriander
  • 1/2 tspkasuri methi
  • 1 tspchaat masala
  • 1 tspred chilli powder
  • to tastesalt
  • oil as required

Steps

  1. 1

    Put gram flour,green coriander,wheat flour,chaat masala,kasuri methi,red chilli powder,salt and water and khnead a dough.

    Make balls with the dough,

    Make thepla,put thepla on hot tawa add oil and shallow fry from both sides.
