Boil your rice up to 80%.

Drain the water,add oil and food colour.

For the stew.blend,onions,tomatoes,ginger,garlic,mala,capsicum&tomatoe paste together.fry in oil.let it fry until thick.Add your spieces mix well and cover.

When ready add your chicken chunks.and let it cook in a slow heat.

When ready garnish with dania.mine garnished woth salad at the side.
