In a bowl add in your all purpose flour, line it to the side to create room for adding in sugar

In a separate bowl pour in your milk and add yeast and since yeast insoluble let it sit in 10-15 min

Add you milk am yeast to your sugared flour and knead till its firm. Cover it with a cloth and let the flour sit for atleast 1 hour and a half

Line the area in which you will place your mahamri pieces and cut sizes to your preference. For the yeast to activate properly let the mahamri pieces sit for 15 min

Slowly place the pieces in fairly hot cooking oil, line a clean bowl with saviet to absorb the excess oil from the mahamri and let it cool for 15 min
