  1. 2Shimla mirch large pieces
  2. 1/2 tbspSaunf /fennel
  3. 1 tspjeera/ cumin
  4. 1 tspdhaniya/ coriander
  5. 1 tspMustard seeds
  6. to tasteSalt
  7. 1/2 tspChilli
  8. 1/2 tbspAmchur powder
  9. as neededOil for cooking

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Dry roast jeera, dhaniya, saunf, mustard seeds And make coarse powder

  2. 2

    In a pan heat oil..

  3. 3

    Add simla murch chopped

  4. 4

    Now add roasted masala..

  5. 5

    Season with salt, chilli, amchur powder

  6. 6

    Cook in low flame fir 2-3 mins

  7. 7

    Achari simla murch is ready
