In a dry bowl, beat butter and sugar together until it forms a creamy mixture. To it add sifted all purpose flour,baking soda,salt and shredded coconut and mix until it forms a crumbly mixture. To it sprinkle milk little by little to a form a cookie dough. Roll into a log and add some more coconut and cling wrap and refrigerate for an hour. Then slice it as shown.

In a baking tray,place each slice gently and press pecan on it.

Preheat oven to 180 degree Celsius and bake it for 20 minutes. Cool it on a cooling rack and store it in an airtight container. Crunchy outside and soft inside Cookie is ready. Eggless Fresh Coconut Pecan Cookie is ready to consume with a cup of Coffee and Tea.
