Grease n dust your baking tin.

Separate your eggs n put them aside.

In a mixing bowl, Add in your egg yellow, vanilla essence n whisk well for like 2 mins. Add sugar n continue mixing for 3-4 mins..Add your margarine n continue whisking. You may decide to melt slightly your margarine...works well with me but its optional.

Add in passion flavour, passion fruits n mix using a spatula. Fold in your battered milk.

In 3 batches, Fold well but gently your flour.

Preheat your oven at 160 degrees.

Whisk your egg whites at a high speed for 3 mins and fold them in your butter. Well n gently.

Pour your butter into your baking tin and bake at 160 degrees for 40 mins or until the cake is well baked.

Once ready remove n cool it. Serve when ready n enjoy...You can frost it if need be...
