A wonderfully simple way to avoid defrosting your chicken. Comes out incredibly juicy with just a hint of sweetness.
Makes a great addition to a salad or simply served on it's own.
Sweet Oven Baked Chicken
A wonderfully simple way to avoid defrosting your chicken. Comes out incredibly juicy with just a hint of sweetness.

Steps

Preheat oven to 375.

Mix maple syrup, teriyaki sauce, worcestershire sauce, cayenne, oregano, and cardamom in a small mixing bowl.

Cover a small baking tray in a aluminum foil.
- 4
Using 1/3 of the sauce coat the frozen chicken thoroughly. Then place on baking tray and into oven for 25 minutes.

Remove chicken from oven and apply 1/3 more of the sauce. Place back in oven for 15 minutes.

Sprinkle chopped green onion on top of chicken and place back in oven for a final 5 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let sit covered for 10 minutes.

Slice and apply the final 1/3 of the sauce on top.
