Wash chicken nicely with salt water and drain all the water

Add curd, chilli powder, salt, black pepper, dhaniya powder, jeera powder and lemon in the chicken and mix well and keep it in refrigerator for 4 hours or over night for best results #missbiryani

Now take 1 cup maida and half cup cornflour, add little amount of salt and chilli powder #missbiryani

Take the marinated chicken and coat in maida and cornflour nicely # missbiryani

Heat oil in a kadai and add chicken pieces one by one fry till golden brown or 10 -12 minutes on medium flame.. #missbiryani

Serve with lemon and onions, you can have them with shezawan chutney #missbiryani
