Kadai Chicken
Steps

Heat oil in a pan add fenugreek seeds and red chilli whole and ginger garlic paste and satue till fragrent.

Add onion & tomato and saute. Then add salt,termeric powder,red chilli powder and saute.

Add chicken and mix. Cover and cook it 10 min.

Then add cumin powder, Coriander powder,yogurt and stir. Again cover and cook 5-6 min.

Then add garam masala and little bit of water and stir. Cover it and cook 5 min.

Then add fresh cream and green chilli and switch off the flame.

Garnished with Coriander leaves and ready to serve.
