Pour vegetable oil in to pan, peel plantain and cut diagonally. Season cut plantain with salt and fry to desired colour. Take out using slotted spoon, and place on paper towel for oil to drain.

Cut all vegetables. When pot is dried. Add oil, when hot, add onions, ginger and tomato. Fry for a few mins. Pour in water, indomie seasoning and allow to boil.

Add your noodles and gradually allow to separate well. Allow to cook for a few minutes. Add your pepper and let the cooking complete and water dry out. Take off heat and serve with plantain.
