4Green chilli
1 tbspCoriander leaves chopped

Soak sago for few hours

Boil potatoes

Mix sago, boiled potatoes, chopped green chilli, coriander leaves,red chilli powder and salt

Make vadas with hand

Fry in hot oil till golden brown on both sides

Enjoy delicious vadas
