Cut the ladies finger from the middle and into medium pieces.

Combine besan, salt,sesame seeds, garlic, green chillies and ginger paste, red chilli powder, coriander powder, chaat masala, oil, and sugar. Mix it well.

Fill the mixture in splited ladiesfinger.

Steam it for about 10 minutes or until it cooks well.

Heat the oil, add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let it crackle than add curry leaves and green chillies in it. Add sesame seeds roast it well. Than add coriander leaves and steamed bharva bhindi and roast it for 2-3 minutes.

Bharva bhindi is ready to serve. Serve hot with roti, paratha or puri.
