Ingredients

  1. 3big size potatoes
  2. 2-3 tea spooncornflour
  3. Salt according to taste
  4. 1/2 tea spoonBlack pepper
  5. For stuffing
  6. 1/2 cupsproted green gram
  7. 1/2 cupboil chicpeas
  8. 1/4 cupred bell pepper chopped finely
  9. 1/4 cupfinely chopped onion
  10. 2-3 table spoondate and tumrind chutney
  11. 2-3 table spoongreen chutney
  12. Sev, pomegranate seeds and coriander leaves for garnishing

Steps

  1. 1

    MAKING

    For the potato basket: fill a bowl with water bowl and shred 3 potatoes in it.sieve water pour it in a big bowl,mix salt,black pepper and cornflour in it.

    To make the baskets, take a 12 cup, cup-cake tray and grease the cups with some cooking oil. Using a tablespoon, spoon the shredded potato mixture into the greased cups

  3. 3

    Once done, using two fingers, make a well in the center and spread it towards the edges to make the shape of a cup. Bake this in the preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 30 minutes or until golden brown and crisp.

    After 30 minutes remove the baskets from tray gently with the help of fork.set it in serving plates

  5. 5

    Instructions For the stuffing: Take the baked potato baskets one at a time and stuff it with 1/2 teaspoon each of the following ingredients of chick peas, sprouted green gram, onion,, date tamarind chutney,green chutney.sprinkle save coriander leaves and pomegranate seeds.
