Peel pumpkin, rinse in water, grate it.

In a thick bottom vessel put grated pumpkin,add milk and boil it. Cook it in SIM.

When milk evaporates, add sugar and cardamom powder. Let it boil, until liquid evaporates.

Roast cashew nuts in ghee and add to the cooked pumpkin. Add more ghee if you need. Mix well. Serve it hot or cold.
