Corn takes longer to cook on bbq than you expect.
Steps

Soak corn for about an hour in cold water.

Prepare flavoured butter by roughly mixing with mango chutney and squashed/chopped black garlic. Season to taste.

Roast corn on bbq for about 20 minutes.

Once tender gently peel back husks and brush on flavoured butter.
- 5
Then fold back husk and twist to make easy handle to hold and munch!
