Steps

Wash the Ganda (gbomo) thoroughly at least 3-4times.

Put it in a pot add water to,top the level a Ganda.Cover the pot and allow it to cook until it's soft.

Grind black pepper,garlic,glove,red pepper,onions and ginger set them aside.Check the ganda if it's soft/tender sieve it and wash it again.

In another pot add oil,slice of onion,fry it for some seconds,pour grind pepper,onion,garlic,clove and stir.

Add your spices,Maggi,salt and seasoning stir again.Let it cook for at least 30-35minutes.Serve with bread...etc#Enjoy
