Mix all masalas in wheat flour

Now grate the potatoes and add in to flour

Add a little oil for moan

Knead a dough with water.. note that don't knead a soft dough.. little tight..

Now make lemon sized balls on your palm and roll the Puri's

Now heat the oil in kadhai

Fry Puri both sides.

Served with Dahi, chutney or sabji
