Put Kadhai on gas. Add ghee. Once ghee becomes hot Add desiccated coconut, milk powder, beetroot juice and Powdered sugar in it. Stir all. Cook on medium flame until all mixture leaves sides of Kadhai.

Switch off gas and let it cool. Make lemon size balls.

Coat them in desiccated coconut. Laddoos are ready.

Keep them in fridge for 1 hour minutes to set.
