Peel plaintain and cut into tiny pieces

In a pot add the diced plaintain, offals, onion, water, sugar,salt seasoning and pepper. Allow it boil for like 15mins

Then add palm oil and crayfish. Cover and let it cook or until the plaintain is soft and the palm oil cooked

At this point reduce the heat and add the scent leaf stir, cover and let it steam for 1 minute

Your porridge is ready
