To boil noodles, boiled a pan filled with 10-12 cups water.
Add 2 tsp salt and 1 tbsp oil. Add noodles to boiling water. - 2
Stir with a fork. Boil for 1-2 minutes.
Remove from fire. - 3
Let noodles be in hot water for 2 minutes. Drain. spread them on a tray. Sprinkle 2-3 tbsp oil on the noodles immediately and mix gently.

Keep under the fan for 5-7 minutes, of using immediately.
Heat 2-3 tbsp oil. Add sliced red chilies, chili paste, garlic and white part of onions. stir. - 5
Add capsicum and carrots. Stir-fry for a minute.
Add the boiled noodles. - 6
Add Ajinomoto, salt, and pepper and soy sauce and mix well.

Add cabbage, greens of spring onion and bean sprouts.
Mix well and remove from fire. - 8
Veg Hakka Noodles are ready to serve.
