Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease a donut pan or make your own. I used muffin pan and used nozzles wrapped in aluminium foil

Prep all your ingredients and assemble in your working area

In a large bowl whisk together the milk,vinegar,melted butter,honey,sugar,egg and vanilla.

Add Carrot's and mix well

Add sifted flour together with baking then spices mix until well incorporated

Fill a piping bag with carrot batter,pipe the batter evenly on the pan filling about 2/3

Bake for 12-15 mins or until golden brown. Allow to cool for a few mins in the pan then transfer to a wire rack to completely cool.

For decoration: melt white chocolate in a double boiler and pour over the Donut's.

Garnish with dessicated coconut and sprinkles
