Place the ground beef in a large bowl with all the seasonings, the egg, and the onion and bell pepper finely chopped and sautéed in a little oil.

Mix everything together well with your hand, kneading until fully combined.

Once you have a well-mixed meat mixture, place it on a lightly greased baking sheet and shape it into a long loaf, like a large bread loaf.

Once shaped, use the side of your hand to make a deep groove down the center. Arrange the mozzarella wrapped in ham, the olives, and finally the hard-boiled egg inside the groove.

Close the loaf by pinching the meat together with your hands (wet your hands a little to prevent sticking) and completely cover the filling, shaping it nicely.

When everything is well sealed and shaped, drizzle with a little oil (any kind you like) and sprinkle with breadcrumbs.

Bake in a preheated oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 1 hour, until fully cooked in the center.
