Rava Ladoos (Semolina Balls)

Back in the day, I totally disliked eating rava ladoos. I remembered not eating it when people brought this home - whether it was home made or store bought! Well I was out in the internet world trying to find something to try I bumped into a recipe for making these semolina balls. I quickly txted to see if K enjoyed eating these, and since he said yes - I tried it. Seemed to be a pretty easy recipe :)

I have mentioned measurements because this was my first try, and while I eye-balled a bit, I decided to share this with you just to be safe! :D

Alright, we start by roasting the cashews in the ghee

I added the raisins next, and when it balooned up, I took it off the fire

In the left over ghee, I roasted the coconut
- 5
Now if the pan is too hot, the coconut gets really brown fast well more like burnt - so make sure the heat is LOW!

Toss this into the bowl that has the cashews and raisins

Add your cinnamon

In the same pan roast the rava in the left over ghee

When it gets brown, add this to the pile

Warm the milk and add this slowly and check if you are able to make a ball of this

Work quick and make your semolina balls
