Ingredients

  • 1/2 cupchopped beans
  • 1/2 cupchopped capsicum
  • 1/2 cupboiled peas
  • 2big onions finely chopped
  • 7-8chilli garlic potato bites grilled
  • 2veg patties grilled
  • 4-5 clovesminced garlic
  • 1/2 inchginger finely chopped
  • 1/2 cuptomato puree
  • 1/4 cupchopped coriander
  • 1 tspoil
  • as per tasteSalt
  • pinchAsafoetida
  • 1 tspCoriander powder
  • 4-5green chillies chopped finely
  • 1 tspTurmeric powder
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tspor as per taste red chilli powder
  • 1 tspChat masala
  • 1 tspGaram masala
  • as neededMint leaves chopped to garnish
  • 1/2tomato to garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Add oil to a pan and add asafoetida, cumin seeds, onion, garlic and ginger.

  2. 2

    Sauté for 4-5 mins until onion are golden brown. Add beans, peas and salt. After few mins add capsicum and grilled patties and potato bites.

  3. 3

    Sauté for a few mins and add tomato purée. Add rest of the spices and green chilli. Sauté again for a few min till purée is absorbed.

  4. 4

    Add garam masala and chat masala and mix evenly.

  5. 5

    Garnish with mint coriander and tomato. Serve hot with parantha or rotis.
