Bhat karelar pur or Teasel gourd stuffed

Boil the bhat karelas. Cut onions roughly, chop garlic. Take out the seeds from bhat karela and make a paste along with green chilli.

Heat a pan and add 2 tsp of oil. Fry the onions and garlic along with the paste. Add cumin, salt 1 tsp, turmeric 1/2 tsp and red chilli powder 1 tsp. Fry until cooked properly. Stuff the mixture into the bhat karelas. Dip into besan and fry in hot oil.
