Ingredients

3potatoes
1 tbsroasted jeera powder
1 tbsred chillie powder
Salt as per your taste
1 tspTurmeric
For roti
1 cupwheat flour
as neededOil
To tasteSalt
As neededGrated cheese
For Dip
2 tbscurd
1 tbsmayonnaise
3 tbscoriander chutney
to tasteSalt and chat masala

Steps

Boil and mashed potatoes and add all the dry spices.

Make dough and roll out thick chapati. Fill the potaoes and sprinkle grated cheese on it and fold it and again roll it into thick parantha.

Mix all the ingredients for dip and serve it with parantha.
