Ingredients

  1. 3potatoes
  2. 1 tbsroasted jeera powder
  3. 1 tbsred chillie powder
  4. Salt as per your taste
  5. 1 tspTurmeric
  6. For roti
  7. 1 cupwheat flour
  8. as neededOil
  9. To tasteSalt
  10. As neededGrated cheese
  11. For Dip
  12. 2 tbscurd
  13. 1 tbsmayonnaise
  14. 3 tbscoriander chutney
  15. to tasteSalt and chat masala

Cooking Instructions

    Boil and mashed potatoes and add all the dry spices.

  2. 2

    Make dough and roll out thick chapati. Fill the potaoes and sprinkle grated cheese on it and fold it and again roll it into thick parantha.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients for dip and serve it with parantha.
