Ingredients

  • 3potatoes
  • 1 tbsroasted jeera powder
  • 1 tbsred chillie powder
  • Salt as per your taste
  • 1 tspTurmeric
  • For roti
  • 1 cupwheat flour
  • as neededOil
  • To tasteSalt
  • As neededGrated cheese
  • For Dip
  • 2 tbscurd
  • 1 tbsmayonnaise
  • 3 tbscoriander chutney
  • to tasteSalt and chat masala

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil and mashed potatoes and add all the dry spices.

  2. 2

    Make dough and roll out thick chapati. Fill the potaoes and sprinkle grated cheese on it and fold it and again roll it into thick parantha.

  3. 3

    Mix all the ingredients for dip and serve it with parantha.
