Some time ago I went to a small café (here called a bar) that only served piadina. On the wall was written some history about this dish. The earliest recorded recipe goes back to Roman times! It's similar to other flat breads but not the same and originates from Emilia Romagna in central Italy. Fillings vary but I used Gorgonzola and speck. When I understand how to make the bread, I'll share it. Serve with a cold beer in the garden #summerchallenge1 #italian #lunch

  • 1piadina per person
  • 50 gGorgonzola per person
  • Few slices of speck per person
  • Some sliced red onion

Steps

    This is the bread

    Put the piadina in a medium hot pan

    Add ingredients on top. Fold over. Cook on both sides for no more than a min
