  • 1 kgOkra/Ladies Finger
  • 2big onions
  • 3tomatoes
  • 1 tspcumin seeds
  • 1 tsp@ garlic n ginger paste (optional)
  • to tasteSalt
  • 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  • 1 tspgaram masala

    Cut onions,tomatoes n cut the okra,dry them with a dry cloth n deep fry them.

    Put oil in a saucepan then add cuminseeds

    Add onions n cook till a bit brown. Then add tomatoes n salt.
