Steps

Wash the french beans and chopped them.

Heat a pan put oil, cumin, green chilli and grated ginger - garlic saute for few seconds then add chopped onion and french beans and saute them.

Now add salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder mix well cover it and cook for 10 minutes on low flame.

After 10 min add garam masala and coriander leaves and switch off the gas.

Serve hot with dal- rice or roti.
