Steps

Take a bowl in that add hung curd and then add all the dry masala including coriander leaves..

Now add 1 tbs oil and lemon juice..mix well..

Add all the Mushroom pieces in that(no need to cut mushrooms)and mix with this paste..

Refrigerate it for 30 mins by covering it.

Now heat the appam pan on low flame with 1 tbs of oil.

Now place all the Mushroom pieces in that.

Cook them for 2 to 3 mins on low flame..

Then flip them over and cook them for 2 to 3 mins from that side too.

It's done...take them out in a serving plate..

Serve hot with green coriander chutney with onions ring and enjoy with a cup of Tea..
