The recipe of this protein rich dish is very simple. First, boil the silkworms / Leta in water.

Then heat a frying pan over a high flame and add some oil,sliced onions,chopped chillies and fry it till the onions start to brown.

Then add the silkworms and salt and stir fry it for few minutes until it becomes red and brown.

Put off the gas and serve it on a bowl or plate when it's hot and enjoy this amazing dish.
