Peel the taro and wash it very well.

In a pot, boil the taro till the sticky substance comes out.

Wash and drain the taro.

In a pan, pour the vegetable oil and cook the taro till reddish color appears.

In a pot, put the taro and cover it with water, add the olive oil, chilly spice (optional).

Keep it on low heat, stir every while.

In a pan, cook the onion untill it turns golden brown,

Then add the taro, parsley, mint, and salt.

Stir the mix till all ingredients are well combined.

Served cold or hot as desired.
