Tinda in green gravy
Steps

Cut tinda in long pieces.

Take garlic, onion, tomatoes,green chilli, coriander leaves and coriander powder grind & make paste.

Heat oil in pan. Add paste.

Now add turmeric powder, chilli powder, salt. Mix and cook for two mnts.

Add tinda mix and cook for 2-3 mnts.

Add water.let it boil.

Cover and cook on medium heat till tinda are soft.
- 8
Serve with roti or rice.
