  • 5large potatoes, peeled
  • 2large tomatoes, diced
  • 2large carrots, finely grated
  • Pinchsalt
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Pinchground black pepper
  • Pinchmixed dried herbs

Steps

    Boil the potatoes with salt

    When cooked through, and cold, cut into thin slices.

    Add the tomatoes and carrots
