  1. 5large potatoes, peeled
  2. 2large tomatoes, diced
  3. 2large carrots, finely grated
  4. Pinchsalt
  5. Juice of half a lemon
  6. Pinchground black pepper
  7. Pinchmixed dried herbs

Steps

    Boil the potatoes with salt

    When cooked through, and cold, cut into thin slices.

    Add the tomatoes and carrots
