Ingredients

  • 5Leftover idlies
  • 1/2 tspGinger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tspcurd
  • 2 tbspHomemade/readymade Chilli chicken/Tandoori masala powder
  • as requiredOil for deep fry

Steps

  1. 1

    Keep your leftover idlies in the refrigerator for 2 hours and cut it into dices.

  2. 2

    In bowl add curd,ginger garlic paste, and Homemade/readymade masala powder and mix well to a smooth paste.

  3. 3

    Add diced idlies into it and mix again. Let it marinate for 15 minutes.

  4. 4

    Deep fry in hot oil.
