Steps

Cut off the edges of bread slices and tear into pieces by hand.

Heat 1 cup milk in a pan, add 1 tbsp homemade butter, 1 cup sugar & let it dissolve. Let the milk come to a boil.

Add the bread pieces & mix till it blend well stirring continuously. Remove from flame & allow the mixture to cool.

Add 1 chopped beet to a mixer jar and blend well. Add the cooled bread mixture to the jar & blend together.

To make caramel add 1 cup sugar & 1 cup water to a pan & let it turn brown. Add the caramelized sugar to the base of mold in which we want to set the pudding.

Then pour in the beet & bread mixture over it, tap to spread evenly & refrigerate till the pudding sets. Remove from mold, garnish with almond flakes, sliced banana and serve chilled.
