Take a heavy bottomed pan with 2 cup water and quinoa.allow them to cook for 10 minutes.

In another pan add oil,cumin seeds, rai, Ginger,Curry leaves and green chilies.

When cumin seeds begin to sizzle add onions, turmeric powder, tomatoes and peas &saute it for a min.

Sprinkle salt and mix boiled quinoa.allow them cook for 2 minutes.

Stir gently and garnish the spicy quinoa upma with coriander.

Serve it along coconut chutney, a glass of green apple juice for a wholesome breakfast.
