If you don't have pre-made tacos, place some shredded beef or chicken on each tortilla, roll up the taco, and secure with toothpicks.

Boil the tomatoes, garlic, and onion in 4 1/4 cups (1 liter) of water with the chicken broth or bouillon cube.

While it cooks, chop the lettuce and pickled pork skin (cueritos).

Once slightly cooled, blend the cooked vegetables until smooth.

On each plate, place 6 to 8 tacos, add a layer of lettuce, a layer of cueritos, and pour the sauce over the top. Garnish with sour cream as desired.
